Denver Airport Station is on the RTD Rail A Line. The following services serve this station:
- Urban Mainline Rail - RTD Rail A Line - Service to Union Station. As of October 2024, 4 trains operate per hour towards Union Station on weekdays off peak.

The Denver International Airport Automated Guideway Transit System, also known as the Train to the Gates, is a 2.01 km AGT People Mover (Innovia APM 100) that connects the Main Terminal, A Gates, B Gates, and C Gates. This service began in February 28, 1995 along with the opening of the new airport.
The service uses Bombardier Innovia APM 100 (formerly CX-100) rolling stock, run in four car consists with two doors on each side per car. Each car is 12.8m long and 2.8m wide. The system is fully underground and entirely grade separated.
The service is operated by the City and County of Denver Department of Aviation. Line color from Denver Airport logo on website.
