Cairo Airport Automated People Mover

The Cairo Airport Automated People Mover is a 1.9 km Cable Car People Mover (Poma MiniMetro) service that connects TB1 (Terminal 1), Air Mall, Car Park, TB2 (Terminal 2), and TB3 (Terminal 3). This service began in 2013. The service has two guideways operating in 5 minute intervals.


The service uses Poma MiniMetro rolling stock, run in three car consists with two doors on each side per car. The system is fully elevated and entirely grade separated. The service also runs combined land-side and air-side, with cars split into land-side and air-side sections.


Line color is plain red since we could not find anything more specific.
