BER Airport (Flughafen BER) Station [de], formerly known as BER Airport – Terminal 1-2 (Flughafen BER – Terminal 1-2) Station, is located on-site at the corresponding airport terminals. It was opened on October 26, 2020.
BER Airport (Flughafen BER) Station is on the Glasower Damm Ost–Bohnsdorf Süd railway [de] and Grünau Cross-Berlin Brandenburg Airport railway [de]. Services are provided by multiple operators - Berlin S-Bahn [de], DB Regio Nordost, and DB Intercity. The following services serve this station:
- S-Train - Berlin S-Bahn S45 - Service to Südkreuz. As of July 2024, 3 trains operate per hour towards Südkreuz on weekdays off peak.
- S-Train - Berlin S-Bahn S9 - Service to Spandau via Berlin Ostbahnhof. As of July 2024, 3 trains operate per hour towards Spandau on weekdays off peak.

Schönefeld (bei Berlin) Station [de], formerly known as Berlin Schönefeld Airport Station and BER Airport – Terminal 5 Station, is located off-site at the former Terminal 5 (Schönefeld Airport). It was opened on July 10, 1951, with S-Bahn service beginning on February 26, 1962. Airport use ceased in December 2023.
Schönefeld (bei Berlin) Station is on the Grünau Cross-Berlin Brandenburg Airport railway [de] and Berlin Outer Ring railway [de]. Services are provided by multiple operators - Berlin S-Bahn [de] and DB Regio Nordost. The following services serve this station:
- S-Train - Berlin S-Bahn S45 - Service to Südkreuz; Flughafen BER. As of July 2024, 3 trains operate per hour in each direction on weekdays off peak.
