The Berlin S-Bahn [de] serves the airport through BER Airport – Terminal 1-2 (Flughafen BER – Terminal 1-2) [de] and BER Airport – Terminal 5 (Flughafen BER – Terminal 5) [de] Stations on the Grünau Cross-Berlin Brandenburg Airport railway [de], located at the respective terminals. BER Airport – Terminal 1-2 was opened on October 26, 2022, while BER Airport – Terminal 5 was opened on July 10, 1951 as Schönefeld. Multiple services operate through this station, including S45 and S9. As of August 2022, 6 trains operate an hour to the city center on weekdays off peak, with 3 trains operating each hour on each the S45 and S9 lines.

DB Regio Nordost serves the airport through BER Airport – Terminal 1-2 (Flughafen BER – Terminal 1-2) Station [de] on the Glasower Damm Ost–Bohnsdorf Süd railway [de], located at the corresponding airport terminals. This station was opened in October 26, 2020. A single regional service, the FEX, operates through this station. As of August 2022, 2 trains operate an hour to the city center (Berlin Hauptbahnhof [de]) on weekdays off peak.

DB Regio and DB Intercity serve the airport through BER Airport – Terminal 1-2 (Flughafen BER – Terminal 1-2) Station [de] on the Glasower Damm Ost–Bohnsdorf Süd railway [de], located at the corresponding airport terminals. This station was opened in October 26, 2020. Multiple services operate through this station, including RE7, RB14, RB22, and IC17. As of August 2022, a train operates every hour on weekdays off peak on RB14 and RB22 (no afternoon service) and a train operates every two hours on weekdays off peak on RE7 and IC17.
